• Purpose: Web application for order audit which will provide automatization for order requests and providing reports.

The Order App application is auditing software that allows monitoring the status of the supplies, getting current and past orders and monitor any pending orders. This website is currently in use by two companies, which allows their's team for more automatization in place reducing the number of spreadsheet-based databases. This website is built on top of JavaScript which uses VueJS as a front-end framework and nodeJS for backend.

This is one my first application, which uses a properly implemented front-end framework with API requests. Website is frequently updated with costumers queries and have 2 separate versions which allows to meet different objectives (one is used are in-house stock monitor, and other for online purchases). Front-end setup is using custom made elements such as searchable and suggestion select boxes, tables with filtering options, and permissions access to the part of the application. With the current setup, the system can send notification emails to users whenever any of the supplies are running low, generate PDFs from extracting current orders, and back up the database.

Feature updates:
With time, Pending order page has been added to the application where users can add any made orders and update them accordingly to the processes made. When pending order is marked as "Completed", if item exists already in the database, it will automatically add quantities and update price of this item. In case of of e-shopping OrderApp version, quantity is updated; however, pricing will be updated when the original quantity of the item will end.
Introduction of Night/Light mode.
Automatic tax calculator with deduction of any expenses has been added.
